The honest mechanic — so there are no surprises

Both programs are claimable against your company's HRD Corp levy — but here's the honest mechanic, so there are no surprises.
You pay us to confirm your seat. Your company claims the levy separately. The HRD Corp claim is between your employer and HRD Corp — we simply hand you everything they need to make it.
⚠️ Apply 3–4 weeks before the dates. From 15 June 2026, training can only begin 14 days after HRD Corp approves your company's grant — and approval itself takes 1–2 weeks. Leave it to the final week and the levy can't be used for that intake.

What is HRD Corp claimable leadership training?
HRD Corp claimable training is a course an HRD Corp-registered Malaysian employer can pay for using its mandatory HRD levy, instead of out of pocket. The training provider must be HRD Corp-registered and the programme approved with a Training Provider (TP) number. All FutureX Leader programmes are HRD Corp approved, so eligible companies can claim the fees back through the SBL-Khas scheme.
Are FutureX Leader's programmes HRD Corp claimable?
Yes — all three are HRD Corp approved: Business Enneagram Leadership (TP No. 10001712614), Speaking with Impact (TP No. 10001699983), and Next-Gen Leadership for the AI Workplace (TP No. 10001662907). Malaysian companies registered with HRD Corp can claim the training fees under the SBL-Khas scheme.
How do I claim HRD Corp (HRDF) for a leadership workshop?
Apply for a grant on the HRD Corp e-TRiS portal before the training date, choosing the SBL-Khas scheme and entering the programme's TP number. We recommend applying 3–4 weeks ahead so it's approved before the workshop. Afterwards, submit the claim with the invoice and attendance records, and HRD Corp reimburses the approved amount. We provide the invoice, TP number, and supporting documents you need.
Which programmes can my company claim in 2026?
Three open programmes: Business Enneagram Leadership (2-day intensive, KL, 30–31 July 2026), Speaking with Impact (2-day executive-presence workshop, KL/PJ, 10 Aug + 7 Sep 2026), and Next-Gen Leadership for the AI Workplace (1-day entry workshop, October 2026). Each can be joined as a public cohort or run in-house for your team.
Can we run a claimable workshop in-house for our team?
Yes. Every FutureX Leader programme can be delivered in-house for a single company and stays HRD Corp claimable. In-house delivery suits intact leadership teams, and is the ideal way to use your 2026 levy on a strategic team workshop or leadership retreat. When should we use our 2026 HRD Corp levy?
Mid-year is the smart time to plan. Levy contributions accumulate monthly and are best deployed before year-end rather than left unused. Booking a Q3 or Q4 programme now lets HR secure budget, get the grant approved early, and develop leaders before the next planning cycle. Apply 3–4 weeks before the workshop date.
