Because the thing limiting you is the thing you cannot see. Senior leaders need other senior leaders in the room: peers at altitude, willing to see what each other can't. That's what we hold.
Six patterns we see in almost every senior team we advise. One of them will sound like yours.
You repeat yourself, but execution still drifts. Different types hear "urgent" completely differently.
You've had the conversation five times. The pattern is wired into how you each think, not what you decide.
Strong results, fragile relationships. You're managing the wrong axis because the operating system underneath is invisible.
The CV was perfect. The interview went well. Then they didn't fit the team, and nobody could explain why until it was too late.
Same words, different result depending on who's receiving. You need feedback that adapts, not another feedback training.
You’ve learned the etiquette. It still doesn’t tell you why this person goes silent in the meeting and that one takes it over. Culture explains the surface. It never explains the individual.
None of this shows up on a résumé or an org chart. But the pattern was there all along: most leaders were just never taught to read it.
Powered by Business Enneagram Asia's X-Map™: the first Asian business psychology system built for the conversations that actually move a team.
"Know thyself." · Socrates
Your motivation. Your stress pattern. The one blind spot quietly limiting your team. Not a personality label: the operating system underneath your decisions.
"81 pairings. 18 dimensions."
Every possible combination of two leaders, mapped. Where this pair flows. Where they predictably miss each other. Built for Asia: tested across Malaysia, Singapore, China.
"The tools handle the answers. Leaders hold the questions."
Judgment, presence, the conversations no model can have for you. The work that becomes more valuable, not less, as AI handles the rest. This is where we sit.
Daniel Yeo and Simyee Lim: operators who've sat in the audience, in the C-suite, and at the front of the room. People who've had to influence decisions, not just teach about them.
"Presence isn't volume. It's the willingness to be fully where the room is."
26 years across Asia Pacific's medtech sector: deep business and sales leadership. Daniel integrates the Enneagram into leadership and sales transformation, and is a regular voice on industry panels across the region.
"The people who get heard are not the loudest. They are the ones who tune to the room. That's a skill. And it can be taught."
20+ years of corporate leadership across Asia and Europe, including Group CEO at EP Manufacturing Berhad and senior roles at Mercedes-Benz in China. Now coaches senior leaders in influence architecture and executive presence.
Three movements across two days. The first sees you. The second sees the room. The third gives you something to do with both. That's why the work holds after you leave.
The first day is the inner work: your type, your motivation, your stress pattern. The second day is the outer application: your blind spot, your leadership signature, your hardest working relationship. Both days, two senior facilitators, ten leaders, paced for depth.
Two full days in Kuala Lumpur. Two senior facilitators. A small class, by design, not constraint.
